Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location,
and shipping costs may apply for non-standard services. Delays may occur due to
supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation/Return/Replacement of Products

You may return products and request replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Products received are different from what was ordered or have defects.

  • Returns must be made within ten (10) days for exchanges or fourteen (14) days for refunds.

  • Products must be in their original condition with all documentation.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by removing items from your cart or
contacting Customer Service. If the order has been invoiced or shipped, contact us to discuss cancellation options.
